I feel a little embarrassed admitting how much time I spent trying to place an order on smucker.com, but the checkout process was kind of annoying. The pages were loading slowly, and every time I tried to change the quantity in my cart, it started acting weird. I did finally get my order confirmation, but it took longer than I expected and wasn’t very clear. It wasn’t a total disaster, but I’m definitely not in a hurry to order from there again.

I picked up the strawberry jam hoping it would have a nice fruity taste, but it was just way too sweet for me lol. It also had a bit of a fake flavor and didn’t really taste like much real strawberry. I don’t think I’d buy it again

I ordered from Smucker's Shop and the whole shipping experience was frustrating. It took way longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, so I had no idea what was going on most of the time. The package finally showed up later than promised, but by then I was already annoyed. The product might be fine, but the slow delivery really left a bad impression. I probably wouldn’t order again if this is how their shipping usually goes.

I picked up a jar of Smucker’s strawberry jam thinking it would be the usual, but this one was weird. The texture was way too runny, almost more like syrup than jam, and there were random clumps in it too. It barely spread on toast and mostly just slid right off. I’ve bought this before and don’t remember it being like this at all. Kind of regret not checking the reviews first because I probably would’ve skipped it. Really disappointing.
